As a successful investor, national speaker, and International best-selling author, I’ve surfed the ups and downs of the market since 2003. I’ve been involved in thousands of transactions throughout my career, but what sets me apart is my passion for helping people succeed.

This is why I am a founding member of The Generations of Wealth, a platform that provides real estate investors with resources to grow their businesses and improve their personal lives. For me, having a clear Vision is the guiding light for all my life and business decisions.
I co-founded a private lending company, a real estate acquisition company and host several national mastermind groups called REI Circle of Trust.

In 2003, Derek and Tracy Dombeck began their real estate investment journey. After experiencing significant losses in the 2007 downturn, they sought guidance from educators and mentors to learn how to acquire assets and expand their business without relying on banks.
This journey introduced them to inspiring mentors who became lifelong friends and eventually led to the creation of Generations of Wealth. This platform is dedicated to passing on the knowledge they acquired and preserving their legacy.
Their three children, Makenna, Robbie, and Lexi are actively engaged in their real estate business as well as assisting in hosting the Generations of Wealth Voyage and as a result have established a nationwide network of friends, which could serve as a springboard for their entrepreneurial pursuits.
