As a seasoned investor, national speaker, and international best-selling author, I’ve navigated the real estate market’s highs and lows since 2003, completing thousands of transactions along the way. But what truly drives me is empowering others—especially when they feel stuck or out of options. I have a natural gift for negotiation and creative problem-solving, and I thrive on helping people find clarity and confidence in their path forward.
I’m the founder of Elite Negotiations Academy, where I train real estate investors and entrepreneurs to master the art of negotiation with integrity and strategy. I’m also a founding member of The Generations of Wealth, a movement and conference series designed to help investors grow thriving businesses while building multigenerational legacies. I co founded a private lending company, a real estate acquisition company, and lead several national mastermind groups under the REI Circle of Trust banner.
As the host of the Generations of Wealth Podcast, I interview industry leaders, game-changers, and everyday investors with extraordinary stories. Each episode delivers real talk and actionable insights to help listeners elevate their mindset, grow their businesses, and create lasting wealth.
Beyond business, I’m a proud father of three amazing kids who continue to inspire me to lead by example and build something meaningful that lasts for generations. In 2003, Derek and Tracy Dombeck began their real estate investment journey. After experiencing significant losses in the 2007 downturn, they sought guidance from educators and mentors to learn how to acquire assets and expand their business without relying on banks.
This journey introduced them to inspiring mentors who became lifelong friends and eventually led to the creation of Generations of Wealth. This platform is dedicated to passing on the knowledge they acquired and preserving their legacy.
Their three children, Makenna, Robbie, and Lexi are actively engaged in their real estate business as well as assisting in hosting the Generations of Wealth Voyage and as a result have established a nationwide network of friends, which could serve as a springboard for their entrepreneurial pursuits.
